Decision Design Lab (DDL) was born from the belief that decision-making isn’t just a skill; it’s a craft.
One that can be studied, practiced, and refined like any other. But unlike leadership programs that skim across competencies, we go deep into the one capability that influences them all: the ability to decide well.
